Pastor Estes has been Fellowship Baptist Church's Senior Pastor since its beginning, August 11, 2002.
Pastor Estes is committed to faithfully preaching the word of God and equipping the saints for the work of the ministry. He has expressed a burning desire to make a difference for Christ in the vapor of life yet remaining. Time is short, and there is much to do. The path forward is discipleship. By His grace and with His help, we will seek to make disciples for Christ here and around the world. Pastor and the church family are partnering together to attempt great things for God's glory.
He graduated from Maranatha Baptist University in 1991 with a degree in Pastoral Studies and from from Bob Jones University in 1992 with a Master's degree.
Pastor Jeff married his wonderful wife, Nora, in 1993. They have been blessed with eight children. They are Abby, Lydia, Jonathon, Bethany, Heather, Kaylee, Charissa, and Joseph.
Pastor Phill and his family joined Fellowship in May 2019. His wife, Samantha, ministers with children, hospitality, and in the music ministry. They have 2 boys, Elias and Ezekiel.
He graduated from Bob Jones University with a degree in Bible Evangelism with a Music minor in 2011 and with a Master of Divinity degree in 2019.

Monte and Jeneen Leavell
Deacon and Wife
Monte was saved as a child.He and Jeneen have been in full-time ministry since 1983. Monte served as a senior pastor in SD and WA for 11 years before becoming a missionary evangelist in 1994. He and Jeneen continue to serve in missions and at Fellowship as the Lord enables. Fellowship Baptist has been their home church since 2002.

Chuck and Jodi Spencer
Deacon and Wife
Chuck grew up in Illinois in a Christian household and was saved at the age of 10. He came to Idaho as a teenager. Chuck met his wife Jodi in Sunday School at a church in Boise and were married in Twin Falls in 2003. They began serving at Fellowship the same year. Chuck is a graduate of the University of Idaho and works in local government. They are the parents of a daughter and five sons.
